♻️ Returns & Exchanges

Need a different size or changed your mind? We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, tags intact.
Sale pieces and custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Kenya using trusted couriers.
Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days after your order is processed.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel is on the move.
Please note: delays may occasionally occur due to external factors—we’ll keep you in the loop if that happens.

❌ Cancellations

Once your order is processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel it.
